如果他人未登录文件中转站，而利用浏览器的历史记录来下载文件，此时系统就会要求输入提取码来验证下载者身份的合法性，避免您的文件被非法盗取。

3、对方能收到并成功下载超大附件吗？

我们从收件人的邮件表现中可以看出，收件人其实收到的是一个有时间期限的文件下载地址，所以与收件人的邮箱支持多大附件无关，对方只需要按照邮件中的地址就可下载该文件。

因为下载地址中包含了该文件的提取码，所以从这个地址下载时是不需要提取码验证的。

支持QQ“超级旋风”等工具断点续传下载。下载前请检查有效时间是否过期，如过期就不能下载了。

4、为什么要安装上传控件？

上传控件可支持断点续传和显示上传进度，并支持多文件同时上传，保证上传的速度和稳定性。

5、如何知道我的电脑是否安装了上传控件？

当您在进入文件中转站界面时，如果看到下图红色方框中的提示语，即表示您还未安装上装控件。如您希望安装控件，请点击“安装上传工具”链接。

6、什么是有效时间？

有效时间是自文件上传成功之时起，在服务器上将被保留3天（整72小时）的时间。系统将自动清理过期文件。

如好友将文件中转站中的文件以邮件发送给您，务必在有效时间内下载，过期后不能下载。

7、如何将文件中转站的文件发给好友？

第一种方法：请您登录文件中转站，勾选要发送的文件，然后点击“邮件发送”。

进入写信界面，填写好友的收信地址（支持任何合法邮件地址），点击发送即可。

收件人收到的邮件表现。（以@163.com邮箱为例）

第二种方法：直接进入写信界面。点击“添加附件”旁的下拉箭头，请选择“选择超大附件”方式。此时会弹出一个显示文件中转站所有文件列表的对话框，请从中勾选要发送的文件，并确定。

确定后，您可以看到要发送的文件已经成为该邮件的附件。请检查好收件人、主题，并写好正文后，就可以发送了。
