SEO项目在执行的时候都会遇到各种瓶颈，甚至挑战，SEO项目管理的好坏会直接影响着网站的效果，因此对SEO项目进行全程监控，才是SEO项目成功的关键我在服务客户的时候也会遇到各种各样的问题，以下是我的一些经验，分享给大家，希望对大家的工作有所帮助

第一步：确定目标首先为网站制定一套切实可行的目标，目标的确定是需要对历史的数据进行分析，查看LOG日志，蜘蛛爬行日志，查看SE搜索流量，具体关键词的流量等等详细的网站数据报告。参考这个数据之后需要对网站的行业关键词进行详细的研究，找出所有的关键词，并且找出每个关键词的日搜索量，把这些数据记录下来，然后与网站目前的数据进行详细的对比分析，分析和了解行业的关键词搜索词频及用户的搜索习惯，综合以上数据才能预估出SEO项目执行能达到的效果，依照这些数据一同制定出合理的项目的目标。当然，自然搜索搜索流量并不是SEO能完全决定的，因为任何一个行业都有搜索热度高的时候和搜索热度低的时候，比如：旅游行业的搜索需求多的时候集中在节假日之前的一个月，PC数码的搜索旺季是7月，8月，9月，10月等，依照行业的规律来进一步分析网站实际增长的阀值，来与实际的目标想结合也至关重要

第二步：确定接口人网站需要一个接口对SEO项目进行整理和对接，因为SEO方案涉及到的部门涵盖了，技术、产品、美工。通常情况下是需要客户来指定一个高级项目经理来对所有的人员进行统筹和接口，负责好每一个部分同事的沟通，项目进度详细管理，沟通、反馈等

第三步：项目执行 SEO的任何一个方案都需要对网站的改进进行全面的把控，通常方案会涵盖网站的产品修改建议，SEO基本元素优化，系统的模板优化，关键词的部署等等细节，这需要项目经理对每个方案进行详细的拆分，告诉每个部门同事需要做什么，怎么配合等等，项目执行好坏，直接影响项目的目标及进度第

四步：数据监控通常需要对网站的数据进行详细的分析，监控，因为每一个数据都是要有详细的记录，比如：LOG日志。关键词数据等等，通过数据及时调整每一个执行的细节等

SEO项目的成功，需要更好的团队配合，SEO需要强大的资源配合，团队配合，所有细节的关系是密切相关的。只有细心才能把项目推行下去，达到更好的效果
