我是公司的一名搜索引擎优化工程师,在每周的周五会为下一周制定一个计划,或者在我确定一个项目的开展的前期会确定一个计划,然后确定自己下一周必须顺利的完成这计划中所列的工作内容,然后去逐步进行,而这些的第一步就是：“要知道自己所想要的。”如果你不知道自己所想要的，不能确定别人应该如何来完成任务，那么说明你对一切还没有了若执掌。你不能详细说明如何取胜，必然会导致失败。如果你不知道什么才是自己所想要的，你的所作所为就会变得漫无目的,知道什么才是自己所想要的，然后付诸行动。

如何建立自己的个人品牌:

1.个人主页/博客

为自己购买一个简短易被用户记住的域名,然后选择稳定的服务器,并为之搭建一个博客程序(网络上有很多下载的开源免费程序)或请专业人士帮助安装调试博客程序,如果需要帮助,可发邮件或者在文章下面给我留言,而这些的总共费用每年不会超过200元.相信你节省几包烟就能省出来.

为什么在众多免费的情况下，要选择一个付费的域名空间呢？为什么在诸多方便你发布日志等平台的同时时，还不辞辛劳建立了一个博客呢？因为拥有自己独立域名的博客,有利于为博客塑造自己的品牌，增加用户对博客的信任度，对自己的劳动也有一定程度上的保护!

2.内容的准备/

熟悉博客程序,在blog上介绍你自己,并且用通俗的话概括自己的职业并且精细地呈现出你的工作经历,并且把你的联系方式等等详细放在上面。上传多份简历到自己主页供人访问，一切尽在掌握。根据不同的工作，各种相关的文件、文档都放在一处，并且隐藏（不作链接）或者保护起来，只有自己可以访问。多个站点专门储存你不同的信息，但是如果这是你想让某部分人能看到的某部分内容，就一定要确保它们能被找到.
如果管理自己的个人品牌

所谓管理,也就是让更多的用户在第一时间找到你,说到这个话题之前我引用一下中国互联网信息中心的一项调查报告,报告说网民使用最多的是电子邮件，其次就是搜索引擎。占有网民上网的61.6%。网民上网找东西使用搜索引擎占83.4%。随着信息的日益增多,找到自己想要的信息显得日益困难,人们要在网络中寻找到自己想要的内容就必须使用搜索引擎,所以搜索引擎在网络传播中的作用更为突出.比如:三个人分别搜索三个关键词，”律师”，”北京律师”，”北京遗产律师”。从统计上来说，搜索”北京遗产律师”的人要比搜索”律师”的人成为客户的概率要高很多。因为很明显，他已经在找具体的服务，而搜索”律师”的人想要找的信息到底是什么就很难讲了
1.选择好一个主题与及时的更新内容

你想对用户传递什么信息,通过这个主题表现出来你的,比如爱好音乐的主题.生活主题,法律主题等等,并且建立大量的原创性内容,并且保持一个更新频率(比如每2天发布一篇行业内专业的文章)并且以法律的形式保护起来!

如果你是一个行业的专家,这是展示你对本行业看法的历史记录。也是对自己一个强有力的说明。这暗示着你对本行业很有见地，如果是不间断的，你能在很长一段时间内持续更新大量内容的话。你的博学和在工作中成长的过程，都在这个长长的记录里有所体现。
